Important Info For Potential Clients

In order to book your appointment, a deposit of $75 (before tax) is required. Bou Doir maintains a non-refundable deposit policy. In order to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot, you must call five (5) business days in advance. You will then be issued a store credit for Bou Doir equal to the amount of your deposit. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Exceptions will only be made for documented emergencies.

For your consultation appointment, you will be afforded a 15-minute grace period from the start time of the appointment. Should you arrive after this 15-minute point, we will reschedule your appointment in order to ensure that we have no overlaps in our appointments throughout the day.

We do not supply lingerie for studio use. However, as a photo client at Bou Doir, you will enjoy a 10% discount from the time of your booking until the date of your viewing- for every $50 you spend, you will earn one extra image that will be added to your photo package.

The balance on lingerie to be used for your shoot must be paid prior to shooting.

Additionally, Bou Doir generally estimates a 2-3 week turnover period from the date of your viewing to allow for editing and optional printing of your images. Bou Doir outsources prints and products to professional printing companies. Please understand that we willingly work with our clients to meet deadlines (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.). Turnover time also varies depending on the number of images you have selected for editing. Although we do everything we can to turn orders around in a timely manner, due to circumstances that are out of our control, we cannot guarantee that your prints or products will be delivered to our studio by a certain date.
